Very professional. He (Bilal) went through everything with me & was very patient & helpful. He even ordered my road tax for me & the only things i had to do myself was update my insurance & change my car details on our Green flag policy. Wow Wow Wow.
Bought a car off Bilal, having seen a perfect car at the perfect price. Having driven quite a distance to see the car, Bilal showed me around it, I noticed a couple of issues, which he guaranteed me would be fixed if I was to buy the car.
A deposit was placed and for the next few days, Bilal was fantastic. Keeping me updated, with photographs, that all work was being carried out.
Bilal then delivers the car to my door.

Over the next week, I noticed a slight knocking, I spoke to Bilal, who asked me to bring the car in, so that he could have a look. When I arrived at the garage, Bilal asked what I was going to do while we waited. He generously offered to take us and bring us back from the city centre so that we could some holiday shopping. Quite unexpected but very much appreciated.

The car was fixed on and fixing it, they noticed another small problem which they also fixed for me.

All in all, a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I cannot recommend these guys enough.

From the initial appointment for a test drive, through to the follow up call to check everything was okay, Bilal has shown the very highest regard for customer service.
Bilal and his team understand their vehicles. The two common issues on the Ford Focus I purchased are the door seals and the timing belt. I need not have worried. Bilal ensured that the timing belt was replaced and the door seals re-done, at his expense. Not only that, but as part of the purchase price he supplied a 12 month MOT without any advisories and completed a full service.
What more could you ask for? Well how about a three month warranty and twelve months breakdown cover!
I can recommend Bilal and his colleagues if you're interested in a sensibly priced used vehicle. You won't be disappointed, because Bilal will go the extra mile to ensure you are not. To cap this experience off, Bilal donates £20.00 of his profit to a charity that you choose from a comprehensive list.
Purchasing a vehicle from APC was a refreshing change from some dealerships I've been to. Give them a go, you don't have to buy, but you probably will.

Must admit, i checked out the reviews for APC before i bought a car from them and when i saw they had nothing but 5 star reviews, i thought, "yeah sure" but I went and looked at a car there. It was a very professional looking set up, showroom, bodyshop, mot centre. Test drove a car, felt good, noticed no problems, put down a deposit but on servicing, their mechanic noticed 2 worn bushes, they could have ignored it, I'd have been no wiser but they replaced them immediately.
I personally think they're a bunch of genuine guys, that want to sell decent motors.
So far, my car is running sweet.

The Cars - APC has a wider price range of vehicles than most garages I have visited. I have a wide experience of vehicles and driving. APC has something for most Budgets. The cars may initially appear like they need the odd bit of attention, but APC have addressed everything they said they would with my car and More!

Customer Service ABOVE AND BEYOND -

Now then, this is where car sales usually have two fronts; the sales pitch and the "˜I don't give a jot once it's sold,' type scenario.
I always approach car sales garages with a reserved amount of scepticism.
HOWEVER"¦.
From the first point of enquiry, which was by email, out of office hours, they were prompt to respond and we booked a time to view a car. The car we viewed was not by any means a high flyer expensive car but we were greeted at the showroom with a smile and he recalled our appointment straight away. We ended up looking at another car which was one of the cheapest on the forecourt but I just fell for it.

For the money, I didn't expect anything really, however, the sales experience we received, I would have expected from a high end dealership, selling executive vehicles. (Not to disrespect APC but you get my drift).

Nothing was too difficult despite the value of the car. After a test drive for a second time, we decided we would buy it. We got back to them over the phone and deposited paid , arranged to collect it a few days later.
APC went the extra mile and were willing to get staff to come in on a Sunday so we could collect!
We didn't put them out and went to get it on Monday. On arrival, I wondered where it was as it was missing from its usual place on the forecourt. I was astonished to see that they'd put it inside the showroom and totally cleaned it all up for us. Some scrapes and spots had been seen to and new tyres etc, full MOT too.
We were invited into the office where they took time to get everything sorted out before we left. The registration document V5 changed online, tax done with them while we were there, I'd already sorted the insurance. Warranty sorted, recovery sorted. All done so we didn't have to start arranging things when we got it home.

I loved the fact they'd cleaned it up and put it in the showroom next to the high end vehicles. It made the whole car buying experience a pleasure.

After purchase there was a slight issue that couldn't have been foreseen by anyone, but they excelled again.
After one phone call, they asked me to come straight back, they had to out source the problem but sorted it out straight away and delivered the car back to my door!
He even came on a short test drive to make sure I was happy too.

I cannot fault the whole experience. It has been refreshing to see. I would take my car there if it ever needs any attention and I would buy from them again without a doubt.

APC keep doing what you're doing. Excellent customer service. I love the car.

The icing on the cake is that they donate £20 of the car sale they receive to a charity you can choose from their list. How good is that for a local business to give back something.

Excellent service. Bilal was very friendly and welcoming. I was immediately given the key to car and allowed to look around it at my leisure. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately. Was then allowed to take car out on my own for a test drive to get acquainted. Car was then serviced, mot'd and I was given a free AA breakdown cover and 3 months warranty. Car was delivered the next day and valeted for me. No complaints.

I want to tell bit more about APC.
I bought the vehicle last month and APC included one year warranty service.
Last week I found that the vehicle with some engine oil leaking which is a quite common issue.
APC fixed the issue for me quickly with no charge (under warranty) and I don't need to deal with warranty company!

From start to finish, this is the smoothest purchase of a car ever. I was able to have a good look over the car, start it up and go for a test drive if I wanted. Delivered to my home where the paperwork etc was completed. I would definitely use again.

They addressed all cosmetic and mechanical concerns I had with the vehicle and delivered it for free.
